How long does it take to get a quote?

Within [24 business hours, Mon–Fri] of submitting. If you submit late Friday, your reply will come the following Monday — we don’t send weekend quotes because we’d rather not rush them.

Is a quote binding on either side?

No. A quote is information — our best honest numbers based on what you’ve told us. You don’t commit by requesting one; we don’t commit until an order is placed and agreed.

What if I don’t know my volume yet?

Give us a rough range or a target. We can quote tiered scenarios — “if you order 100, the per-unit is X; at 250, it’s Y” — so you can plan around real options.

Do I have to apply for a wholesale account to get a quote?

No. Single-category quotes don’t require an account. Apply for an account when you’re ready for ongoing supply and want access to tier pricing, the catalog, and bulk-order tools.

What categories can you quote on?

Parts, accessories, apparel and safety, and tools are our most operationally-ready categories. Complete bikes are a growth area with realistic — sometimes longer — lead times; we’ll be honest about timing in the quote.

Will you share my information?

What if my market needs specific certifications?

Tell us where you’re selling in the "target market" field and we’ll confirm which certifications apply and which we hold documentation for. Critical for helmets, kids’ products, and bikes; relevant for some accessories too.

What’s the difference between a quote and a sample order?

A quote is pricing and terms; a sample order is a small paid order of a product (often required before a full private-label run) so you can physically check quality. Some buyers do both — quote first to confirm budget, sample next to confirm quality.
