What’s the fastest way to get a response?
A category-specific quote form gets the fastest response because it routes directly to the team that handles that category. Direct email to contact@ryden.store is next fastest. WhatsApp during business hours is comparable to email for time-sensitive questions.
Do I need a wholesale account to request a quote?
No. You can request a quote on any category without an account. Accounts are for ongoing supply relationships across multiple categories.
How long does wholesale account verification take?
2 business days typically. Verification includes a quick review of your business credentials and your target market.
What information do you need from me to verify my business?
Standard procurement information: business name, registration details, country of operation, business type (bike shop, online retailer, distributor, fleet operator), and intended product categories. We don’t require extensive documentation upfront; we verify what we need at the application stage.
Can I visit your office or warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. Buyers committing to significant orders or strategic partnerships are welcome on-site for verification, product viewing, and direct conversation. Contact us to arrange.
Do you have a sales representative I can speak with directly?
Each wholesale account gets an assigned account manager once approved. For pre-account inquiries, the wholesale team handles questions through the channels above. For larger accounts or strategic partnerships, we’ll connect you with the right team member directly.
Can I get pricing without committing to an order?
Yes. Quote requests give you pricing at your volume without committing. We expect quotes to lead to orders over time, but no individual quote commits you to anything.
How do you handle confidentiality on quote requests?
Quote information you provide (your business name, location, volume, and product interests) is used only to respond to your inquiry. We don’t share quote inquiries with third parties or other suppliers. Confidentiality is the baseline of any B2B supplier relationship.
What if I have a complaint about an existing order?
Existing-account issues go through your account manager. If you don’t yet have an account manager, contact contact@ryden.store and we’ll route the inquiry to the right team within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Are you available for press or partnership inquiries?
