What’s the minimum order to open a wholesale account?
First-order minimum is 50 units. After that, per-SKU MOQs apply (typically 50–100 units).
How does tier pricing work?
Your per-unit price improves as your order volume grows. Full tiers and per-SKU pricing are visible once your account is approved.
How long does account verification take?
2 business days once we receive your business details. We may ask for a business registration or tax-ID document to confirm you’re a real retailer.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, from 250 units per SKU, with 2–3 months from sample approval. Includes box, hang-tag, or sleeve design and a sample approval round before bulk production.
What are your lead times?
In-stock SKUs ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Lead times for out-of-stock items are confirmed at the quote stage.
What payment terms do you offer?
New accounts pay upfront. That’s the industry norm for first-time relationships, and it’s how we keep operations sustainable. Net terms are considered after a track record of successful prepaid orders.
Do you ship wholesale internationally?
Yes, bulk shipments go FOB origin port or by negotiated freight to your warehouse. Duties and import handling are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. This differs from our consumer parcel shipping.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes, single-unit samples at sample pricing (typically 1.5× lowest tier). Sample cost is credited back against your first bulk order of that SKU.
