How long does account verification take?

Do you ship wholesale internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Bulk freight differs from B2C parcels — we quote freight transparently per shipment so you know your real landed cost before committing. Incoterms (typically EXW, FOB, or DDP) confirmed in your quote.
What payment terms do you offer?
New accounts pay upfront — that’s the industry norm for first-time relationships, and it’s how we keep operations sustainable. Net terms are considered after a track record of successful prepaid orders.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes — single-unit samples at sample pricing (typically 1.5× lowest tier). Sample cost is credited back against your first bulk order of that SKU.
