Why our prices drop (and why they’re still honest)
A discount should mean something. When we mark a product down, it’s for a real reason — end-of-season stock, a newer version arriving, a slightly imperfect package, or a volume we bought well and chose to pass on. What it never means is a price we quietly inflated last week so this week’s “deal” looks bigger.
Every discounted product on this page shows its prior price — the lowest we charged in the previous 30 days — crossed out beside the new one. That’s not just our policy; it’s the standard regulators across Europe now require, and we apply it everywhere we ship. So the percentage you see is the percentage you save. Honesty is the best policy — especially when it’s also the law.
If a sale item is end-of-line and won’t be restocked, we say so. If returns are limited on a clearance product, we tell you before you buy, not after. That’s the whole deal.

Are sale items the same quality as full-price ones?
Yes. Sale items are identical products — discounted for stock, seasonal, or packaging reasons, not quality. They carry the same 2-year warranty.
What does the crossed-out price mean?
It’s the lowest price we charged for that item in the previous 30 days. Your discount is calculated from that genuine prior price, so the percentage you see is the percentage you save.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes, within 30 days, same as full price — unless it’s marked “Final sale” (clearance), which is clearly labelled before you buy. Buyer covers return shipping; refunds issue within 3 business days of receipt.
Do discount codes stack with sale prices?
No — sale prices and discount codes can’t be combined. Whichever saves you more applies, and the cart will pick the better of the two automatically.
How long do sale prices last?
Until the stated end date, or while stock lasts for clearance items. We don’t run fake countdown timers — when an offer ends, the price simply returns to its non-sale level.
