Frequently asked questions
Hardtail or full suspension?+
A hardtail (front suspension only) is lighter, simpler, easier to maintain and more affordable, which suits beginners, cross-country and fitness trail rides. Full suspension adds control and comfort on rough, technical terrain and steep descents. Start with the Trail 100 or Hardtail Series, and move to the Full Suspension Series, All Mountain, Enduro X or Downhill Pro as the terrain gets more demanding.
Which trail bike is best for beginners?+
The Trail 100 is designed as an introduction to mountain biking, with modern trail geometry, hydraulic disc brakes and a lightweight aluminium frame. It is built for dirt trails, forest roads and light singletrack, not for jumps, drops or bike-park riding; for those, look at the Enduro X or Downhill Pro.
Is an electric mountain bike worth it?+
If you want to climb higher and ride farther, yes. The E-MTB Pro’s motor makes steep climbs more accessible on long trail days. The E-Adventure is a more upright option for mixed terrain, from gravel and forest tracks to moderate singletrack.
Are there trail bikes for kids and teens?+
Yes. The Junior MTB is a 24-inch youth mountain bike for trail riding, and the Teen Rider is a 26-inch all-terrain bike with an 80 mm suspension fork for school, gravel paths and beginner trails. For dirt jumps and pump tracks, see the Dirt Jump BMX; the Trickster handles street, park and dirt riding.
