Powered by Shimano’s dependable CUES 1x11 drivetrain, the bike offers a broad gear range for city streets, rolling hills, and longer endurance rides. Hydraulic disc brakes ensure consistent braking in any conditions.
The lightweight double-wall wheels are fitted with fast-rolling 700x35C puncture-resistant slick tyres, the narrowest, fastest-rolling tyres in our hybrid range, that deliver low rolling resistance on pavement while staying capable on bike paths and compact gravel. Reflective sidewalls add visibility after dark. Integrated mounts for mudguards, a rack, and bottle cages let you set the bike up for commuting or touring.

They are closely related performance hybrids built on the same platform, the same frame, full carbon fork, Shimano CUES 1x11 drivetrain, MT410 brakes, 700mm sport bar, and rigid seatpost. The main difference is tyre width: the Active runs slightly narrower, faster-rolling 35C slick tyres tuned for fitness riding, where the Hybrid X uses 38C tyres. The two are very similar bikes; the Active is the lighter, more road-leaning of the pair, and is more affordable. If you are choosing between them, the difference comes down to tyre choice, weight, and price rather than a major change in capability; our support team is happy to help you decide.
Is it suitable for daily commuting?+
Yes. The frame includes integrated mounts for a rear rack, mudguards, bottle cages, and other commuting accessories, so it is practical for everyday transport as well as fitness.
Can it be used for long-distance rides?+

Is the bike tubeless compatible?+
Yes. Both the wheels and tyres are tubeless-ready, so you can run lower pressures for improved comfort and puncture resistance, which also adds ride comfort, since the bike uses a firm rigid seatpost rather than a suspension one.
How much assembly is required?+
The bike arrives approximately 90% assembled. Final installation of the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost is required, typically 30 to 60 minutes. Tools and instructions are included.
