Road speed, with room to roam

The Ryden All-Road is designed for cyclists who do not want to own separate road and gravel bikes. It delivers the speed and responsiveness of an endurance road bike while providing enough tyre clearance, stability, and comfort to confidently ride broken pavement, countryside lanes, and well-maintained gravel roads.

Its lightweight Toray T800 carbon frame uses endurance geometry that places you in a comfortable yet efficient position. The carbon fork absorbs road vibration while keeping steering precise at speed.

Powered by Shimano's 105 Di2 electronic 2x12 drivetrain, the All-Road offers crisp electronic shifting with road-oriented gearing (a 50/34T compact crankset and an 11-34T cassette) that excels on long road rides while handling rolling gravel terrain. Electronic shifting means fast, precise gear changes and minimal maintenance, with no cables to adjust.

The lightweight carbon wheelset comes fitted with 700x35C tubeless-ready all-road tyres that roll efficiently on asphalt while adding grip and comfort on rough surfaces, and you can fit tyres up to 40mm for more versatility. An integrated carbon cockpit and carbon seatpost keep the front end clean and add vibration damping.

Integrated mounts for mudguards and extra bottle cages let the bike move easily between fast endurance rides, commuting, and weekend adventures.

Where it fits in the Ryden range: the All-Road is our most versatile road bike, the one that reaches furthest toward light gravel. It is built for riders whose routes are roughly 80-90% pavement and 10-20% light gravel: you want a fast, efficient endurance road bike, but with the clearance and comfort to handle rough roads and well-maintained gravel when the route calls for it. Among our road bikes it runs the widest tyres (35C all-road, with clearance up to 40mm) plus fender mounts, and pairs them with electronic Shimano 105 Di2. If you ride almost entirely on smooth pavement, our other road bikes are the purer choice: the aero and race models for outright speed, the Endurance and Gran Fondo for dedicated all-day endurance comfort. If you ride significant gravel, dirt, or rough terrain, or want to carry bikepacking gear, our gravel bikes (with their wider tyres, gravel-specific gearing, and cargo mounts) are built for that. The All-Road is the fast, road-first bike with genuine light-gravel capability.

Q: Who is the Ryden All-Road designed for?

How is it different from the Ryden Gravel Pro (and our gravel bikes)?+

The All-Road prioritises road speed: narrower 35C tyres, road-oriented 105 gearing, and more responsive road handling. Our gravel bikes (like the Gravel Pro) are built for rougher terrain, with wider tyres (45-50C), gravel-specific GRX gearing, flared bars, and cargo mounts for bikepacking. Put simply: choose the All-Road if you ride mostly pavement and want road speed with light-gravel capability; choose a gravel bike if you ride significant gravel, dirt, or rough terrain, or want to carry touring gear.

How is it different from the Ryden Endurance and Gran Fondo road bikes?+

All three are endurance-oriented road bikes, but the All-Road reaches furthest toward versatility: it runs wider 35C all-road tyres with clearance up to 40mm (vs 32C on the Endurance and Gran Fondo) plus fender mounts, so it is the road bike most at home on rough pavement, back-roads, and well-maintained gravel, and it uses electronic Shimano 105 Di2. The Endurance is a pure-road endurance bike with mechanical 105 shifting; the Gran Fondo is our premium endurance road bike, with Ultegra Di2, carbon wheels, and maximum long-distance comfort. Choose the All-Road if you want one fast road bike with genuine light-gravel range; choose the Endurance or Gran Fondo if you ride all pavement and want a dedicated endurance road bike.

Can I use it as my everyday road bike?+

Absolutely, that is its primary purpose. It is engineered to perform like a premium endurance road bike, with added comfort and the versatility to handle rough roads and light gravel.

Can it ride on gravel?+

Yes, within limits. It comfortably handles compact gravel roads, crushed-stone paths, and rough pavement, but it is not intended for technical gravel, loose or rough gravel, or mountain biking. For significant off-road riding, our gravel bikes (wider tyres, gravel gearing) are the better choice.

Why does it use 35mm tyres instead of 45mm gravel tyres?+

Narrower 35mm tyres reduce rolling resistance and improve efficiency on pavement, where this bike spends most of its time, while still providing enough comfort and grip for light gravel. If you want to run wider for more gravel comfort, the frame takes tyres up to 40mm. For 45mm+ gravel tyres and true gravel capability, see our gravel bikes.

Is the bike tubeless compatible?+

Yes. Both the wheels and tyres are tubeless-ready for improved comfort, puncture resistance, and lower tyre pressures.

Is electronic shifting reliable, and does it need charging?+

Yes. Shimano 105 Di2 delivers fast, precise, low-maintenance electronic shifting. It is a semi-wireless system (the shifters connect wirelessly to the derailleurs, which run from a rechargeable central battery); a full charge lasts a long time, and the bike includes a charging cable. It is worth keeping the battery charged before long rides.

Is it suitable for endurance events?+

Yes. Its endurance geometry, lightweight carbon construction, and electronic shifting make it an excellent choice for gran fondos, century rides, and long-distance road cycling.

How much assembly is required?+

The bike arrives approximately 90% assembled. Final installation of the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost is required, typically 30 to 60 minutes. The Di2 system is pre-configured; the battery may need charging before first use. Tools and instructions are included.

What warranty is included?+

Lifetime warranty on the carbon frame, 5-year warranty on the carbon fork, 2-year warranty on Shimano components (including the Di2 electronic system), and 2-year warranty on the carbon wheelset. Full terms in our Warranty Policy.

Why should I choose the Ryden All-Road?+

It is for riders who want one high-performance machine for nearly every road. Its carbon frame, 105 Di2 electronic shifting, carbon wheels, hydraulic disc brakes, and clearance for wider tyres give you endurance-road speed with the confidence to tackle rough pavement and light gravel, ideal for cyclists who spend most of their time on the road but appreciate the freedom to explore.
