A bicycle that adapts to the rider, not the other way round
The Ryden EasyRide is built around accessibility, simplicity, and confidence. Many bicycles are designed primarily around speed, weight, aerodynamics, or off-road capability. EasyRide takes a different approach: every major design decision makes the bicycle easier to live with.
Its defining feature is the extra-low-step aluminum frame. Instead of requiring the rider to swing a leg high over the saddle or top tube, EasyRide provides a large opening through the frame, with a step-over height of approximately 38 to 43 cm depending on frame size. That makes mounting and dismounting considerably more convenient, particularly during frequent stops. It is a low-step-only model.
Once aboard, the rider sits in a relaxed, upright position. Swept-back handlebars bring the controls closer, while an adjustable stem allows the cockpit to be fine-tuned. The Ryden Easy Access System covers five elements: the extra-low step-through frame, the upright cockpit, the adjustable stem, easy-reach controls, and stable handling tuned for predictable steering at everyday speeds.
A Shimano CUES 1x8 drivetrain keeps shifting straightforward, with no front derailleur and therefore no second shifter to manage. The wide-range cassette provides useful lower gears for hills while maintaining enough gearing for normal recreational speeds. Hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth stopping, and adjustable-reach levers help accommodate different hand sizes.
The comfort system combines 27.5 x 2.0-inch tires, an ergonomic pressure-relief saddle, and a suspension seatpost to reduce vibration from rough pavement and recreational paths.
Unlike the more style-focused Ryden cruisers, EasyRide includes practical equipment as standard: full-length mudguards, an integrated rear rack, front and rear lights, a chain guard, bell, and kickstand. It is ready for everyday life straight out of the box, and suits neighbourhood rides, parks, paved paths, shopping and café trips, casual commuting, waterfront routes, and family rides. It is not intended for mountain biking, technical trails, BMX, high-speed road cycling, or aggressive off-road riding.
