The categories with the longest supplier history and clearest certification stacks: road, hybrid and city, kids, BMX, folding, and cruiser. Mountain bikes are operationally ready with the deliberate launch scope (hardtails plus entry full-suspension, no downhill or carbon). Electric bikes are operationally ready with the deliberate launch scope (Class 1 pedal-assist commuters, no e-MTB or speed pedelec). Confirmed in your quote based on destination. EU shipments get the relevant EN standards (14781, 14766, 14764, 14765, or 15194) depending on bike type. US shipments get CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512 across all categories, plus CPSIA documentation for kids and UL 2849 for e-bikes. UK shipments get EAPC for e-bikes alongside the structural standards. Yes. We ship to 80+ countries by tracked international courier or container freight forwarder depending on the order size, named in your quote. As an international bicycle supplier, we confirm freight per quote based on destination, with the cost quoted transparently as a separate line item.

MOQ varies by category. Accessories and parts run lower MOQs than complete bikes; within bikes, stock MOQs are set per model (per wheel size for kids’ bikes) and named on each category page. Confirmed per category in your quote, and tier pricing improves as your volume grows. Two paths. Single-category quotes don’t require an account application; you can request a quote on any category and buy from that quote directly. Yes. Fleet and corporate buyers are a significant share of our wholesale bicycle business. Hybrid and city bikes, cruisers, and e-bikes are the most common fleet categories. Fleet orders often include branded paint codes and can consolidate with accessory orders (helmets, locks, lights) on the same shipment for better freight economics.

We work the second way: orders ship from our manufacturing partners rather than from regional warehouses of our own. Yes, through our private label program. Six of the eight categories carry private label at launch, and the scope covers branded paint, custom graphics, and component-spec adjustments within the certified platform.
