Wholesale Bicycle Suppliers: eight bike categories, one supplier, worldwide shipping.

- Eight categories
- Certifications per market
- Real lead times
- Worldwide freight quoted up front

A supplier built around how buyers actually evaluate suppliers.
Certifications confirmed per market
Every bike category we supply carries the certifications its destination market requires: EN 14781 for road, EN 14766 for MTB, EN 14764 for city, hybrid, folding, and cruiser, EN 14765 for kids, EN 15194 plus UL 2849 for e-bikes, CPSC across all categories for US shipments, CPSIA for kids' bikes to the US. Documentation travels with the freight.
Honest lead times, not optimistic ones
Lead times stated per category honestly, including the longer ranges where they're real. We'd rather quote you a longer date you can plan around than a shorter date we'll miss.
Private label across most categories
Six of the eight bike categories are available as private label at launch, with MOQs and sample turnarounds confirmed per category. Your shop's brand on the bike that customers ride home, with the certification chain extended to your branded SKUs.
Worldwide freight with the costs named
Bike freight runs higher than accessory freight and we name that in the quote rather than hiding it. International shipment quoted per consignment with freight as a separate line item, so your landed cost is a known number before you commit.
Each category, what we supply, and who buys it.
Eight category landings, each with its own MOQ, certifications, lead times, and quote form. The “primary buyer” line on each row is honest about who the category is built around so you can self-qualify before clicking through.

Six of the eight categories carry private label.
Most bike categories we supply are available as private-label runs, with the certification chain extended to your branded SKUs. The honest scope across the range:
- Available as private label at launchRoad bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid and city bikes, kids' bikes, BMX, folding bikes, and cruiser bikes. Each with MOQs and lead times confirmed per category in your quote.
- Available with extended certification timelineElectric bikes. The UL 2849, EN 15194, and UN 38.3 certifications have to extend to your branded SKUs before production, which adds [4–6 weeks] to the standard sample turnaround. Worth the wait if e-bikes are your highest-margin category.
- Not available as private label at launchCategories outside our launch scope (e-MTB, cargo e-bikes, carbon BMX, electric folders, electric cruisers) aren’t private-label-eligible because they aren’t in our range yet.
Common questions buyers ask before sourcing bicycles wholesale.
Are you a bicycle manufacturer or a wholesale supplier?
A wholesale supplier. We design our bike range, brand it, hold the certifications, and manage the supply chain, but the bikes are produced by our manufacturing partners under our quality standards. This is the standard model for most brands a bike shop carries, and we describe ourselves accurately rather than dressing up the relationship.
Do you supply all eight bike categories from the same warehouse or production base?
Different bike categories run through different production partners and ship from different consolidation points depending on the model. We coordinate the documentation, certifications, and freight so your shop gets one supplier relationship across categories, even though the manufacturing footprint is broader.
Can I order across multiple bike categories in a single shipment?
Yes. Container shipping at higher volumes is the most economical way to consolidate across categories. Mixed-category quotes are routed through your account manager once your wholesale account is active, or through the general quote form if you’re not yet an approved account.
Which bike categories are operationally strongest at launch?
The categories with the longest supplier history and clearest certification stacks: road, hybrid and city, kids, BMX, folding, and cruiser. Mountain bikes are operationally ready with the deliberate launch scope (hardtails plus entry full-suspension, no downhill or carbon). Electric bikes are operationally ready with the deliberate launch scope (Class 1 pedal-assist commuters, no e-MTB or speed pedelec). Each category page is honest about what’s in scope and what isn’t.
What certifications do you supply by market?
Confirmed in your quote based on destination. EU shipments get the relevant EN standards (14781, 14766, 14764, 14765, or 15194) depending on bike type. US shipments get CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512 across all categories, plus CPSIA documentation for kids and UL 2849 for e-bikes. UK shipments get EAPC for e-bikes alongside the structural standards. Other markets confirmed per shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
Likely yes. We ship to 80+ countries via DHL, FedEx, regional couriers, and container forwarders depending on the order size. Confirmed per quote based on destination, with freight quoted transparently as a separate line item.
What’s the MOQ to start a wholesale relationship?
Varies by category. Accessories and parts run lower MOQs than complete bikes; within bikes, BMX and kids run lower per-unit MOQs because the boxes are smaller and a pallet carries more. Confirmed per category in your quote, and tier pricing improves as your volume grows.
Do I need to apply for a wholesale account to order, or can I just request a quote?
Either works. Single-category quotes don’t require an account application. Apply for an account when you’re ready for ongoing supply across multiple categories and want access to the full catalog and tier pricing.
What payment terms do you offer?
Upfront for new accounts; net terms considered after a track record. We’d rather quote terms we can actually carry than promise net-30 from day one and create cash-flow problems later. Confirmed per account in your verification process.
