What we supply.
We’re starting where the volume is for independent shops: hardtails and entry full-suspension trail bikes. Specialist categories like downhill rigs, enduro race bikes, and dirt jumpers sit outside our launch scope. They need component depth and serious R&D investment, which we’d rather build than fake.
Hardtail XC
Aluminium frame · 100mm fork · Hydraulic disc · 29" wheels · S to XL
The volume model for shops serving recreational and entry-race riders.
Hardtail trail
Aluminium frame · 120 to 130mm fork · Hydraulic disc · 27.5" or 29" wheels · S to XL
Sturdier hardtails for mixed terrain and confident descending.
Full-suspension trail
Aluminium frame · 120 to 130mm front + rear travel · Hydraulic disc · 29" wheels · S to L (launch sizes)
Entry full-suspension for shops whose customers want comfort on technical terrain. Available as supply allows in launch year.
Hardtail commuter / urban
Aluminium frame · 80 to 100mm fork · Hydraulic disc · 27.5" wheels · Rack and mudguard mounts
Front-suspension bikes for city and light off-road. The hybrid that customers actually buy.
Kids' MTB
20", 24", and 26" wheel sizes · Mechanical or hydraulic disc · Size-appropriate components
Meeting child-product safety standards. Hardtail only.
A supplier that understands the category, not just the frames.
EN 14766 standards built in
Every MTB we supply is built to meet EN 14766 (Europe) and CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512 (US) where the destination requires it. Documentation travels with your shipment.
Wholesale pricing that protects your margin
Direct-from-manufacturer wholesale pricing, without an extra import layer compressing your margin. Tier pricing improves as your volume grows.
Private label available
Build your shop's own MTB line under your name. Private-label runs available from 100 units per model, with 3 weeks to first sample.
Honest freight quotes
MTB freight runs higher than accessories because frame boxes are bulky and full-suspension models add volume. We quote freight per shipment so your landed cost is a known number before you commit.

Your name on the top tube.
With a branded MTB line on your shop floor, you stop being a reseller of someone else’s brand. Customers can’t pull up your private-label frame on Amazon to undercut you. We handle frame production, paint, and assembly; your shop signs off the sample and stocks the result. Private-label MTB starts at 100 units per model, with 3 weeks to first sample and 2–3 months from sample approval.
Honest note: MTB MOQs run higher than accessories because frame moulds, decals, and per-design QC carry real setup cost. We’d rather quote you a real number than promise a low one we’d need to revise.
Enquire about private-label mountain bikesMTB specifications and standards.
The MTB-specific structural standard for European retail is EN 14766. It covers frame, fork, and component strength requirements that are stricter than road bike standards because impact loads on rough terrain are higher. The US equivalent is CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512, which applies to all bicycle categories including MTB. We supply test documentation with shipments to either market; have it ready for your own customs file and for the customer who asks.
On build: frames are aluminium alloy across the launch range. Hydraulic disc brakes are standard on every MTB we supply, because the safety and modulation gap between hydraulic and mechanical on rough descents is too large to compromise on a category where customers will descend hard whether you specified them to or not. Wheel sizes are 27.5" and 29". We don’t stock 26" wheel platforms because the market has moved on; supplying legacy wheels would saddle your shop with dead stock. Fork travel runs from 100mm on XC hardtails to 130mm on trail hardtails and full-suspension trail models. Tire clearance accommodates [2.25 to 2.4 inch depending on model].
Carbon frames, electronic suspension lockouts, or e-MTB models. Carbon needs cosmetic defect tolerances and post-impact testing that add cost layers we’d have to pass to your retail price; we’d rather skip the category than do it half-right. E-MTB carries the battery transport, certification, and motor-warranty load that keeps our e-road category on pause too.
When we move into either, it’ll be because we can stand behind the product, not because we needed a new SKU for the catalog.
MTBs ship differently than tools.
Three operational realities a serious buyer should know up front, because hiding them produces awkward emails the moment freight arrives.
Freight
MTBs ship boxed and palletised, not parceled. International freight from the origin port runs higher than accessories because frame box dimensions are large, and full-suspension models add volume that hardtails don't. We quote freight per shipment alongside your initial quote, so your landed cost is a known number before you commit.
Packing and transit
Full-suspension MTBs need more transit protection than road bikes or hardtails because the rear linkage, shock, and pivot bearings are damage points if a pallet is mishandled. We pack with frame-specific protection at the suspension components and document every shipment with photographs before dispatch. If something arrives wrong, the photos give your shop a starting point for the freight carrier claim.
Assembly at your shop
MTBs arrive with handlebars rotated for box clearance, pedals off, and the front wheel disconnected. Your shop's mechanic fits the front wheel and rotor caliper, straightens and torques the bars, installs the pedals, and runs a full brake bleed-check and shifting check. We supply assembly notes per model and a torque chart for the fasteners that matter, because a bike that goes out the door with an under-torqued stem clamp is a warranty event waiting to happen.

What buyers actually ask.
What MTB certifications do you supply?
We supply EN 14766 documentation for shipments to the EU and CPSC 16 CFR Part 1512 documentation for shipments to the US. Other markets confirmed in your quote based on your destination.
Do you stock 26" wheel models?
No. The market has moved to 27.5" and 29"; stocking 26" would saddle your shop with dead inventory. Kids' MTB in 26" wheel size is the exception for the youth category.
What fork travel do your hardtails and full-suspension models run?
Hardtail XC at 100mm. Hardtail trail at 120 to 130mm. Full-suspension trail at 120 to 130mm front and rear.
What groupset levels do you offer?
[Shimano Cues, Deore, and SLX at hardtail trim levels; SRAM SX and NX Eagle at MTB-specific trim levels. Trim levels are confirmed at quote based on your volume and customization scope.]
Are wheels tubeless-ready?
[Trail hardtails and full-suspension trail models ship with tubeless-ready rims and tires; XC and commuter models ship with standard rims by default, with tubeless-ready as an upgrade option. Confirmed per model in your quote.]
Do you supply carbon frames or e-MTB?
Not at launch. Carbon needs defect tolerances and post-impact testing we'd rather invest in properly than supply half-right. E-MTB carries the battery transport (UN 38.3 testing, lithium dangerous goods declarations) and certification load that keeps our e-road category on pause too. When we move into either, it'll be because we can stand behind the product, not because we needed a new SKU for the catalog.
Can I get a sample MTB before committing to a wholesale run?
Yes. Sample MTBs are available at sample pricing (typically 1.5× lowest tier rate). Sample cost is credited back against your first wholesale order of that model. MTB samples ship as paid units rather than free samples because international air freight on a single bike is material; we'll quote sample shipping with the sample itself.
What's the warranty on wholesale MTBs?
Frames: 5 years against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Suspension components: [2 years on rear shock and fork, per the manufacturer's terms]. Other components: warranty per manufacturer terms, typically 2 years on groupset and 1 year on wear items. Retailer claims go through us with the original invoice and a photo or video of the defect.
How are full-suspension models packed for transit?
With frame-specific protection at the rear linkage, shock, and pivots. We document every shipment with photographs before dispatch.
Do you supply assembly instructions and torque specs?
Yes, both. Assembly notes per model and a torque chart for the fasteners your mechanic needs to verify before the bike goes out.
Stock the gear that goes with the bikes.
A shop sourcing MTBs from us naturally stocks the gear that sells alongside them.
